Akshara International Elementary School

You can find Akshara International Elementary School over in Baner, specifically in Pallod Farm Phase 1. We are right in that lane opposite the petrol pump, just next to the Talentica building. If you’ve driven down Baner Road lately, you know how much the area has changed with all the new shops and offices popping up everywhere. Our school is tucked away a bit from the main road noise, which helps when the little ones are trying to focus. It’s an elementary school, so the vibe is usually pretty loud with kids running around or singing songs. The building isn't huge, but it fits what we need for the younger children. We spend a lot of time organizing the classrooms and making sure the play areas are ready every morning. The staff here are mostly local people who live nearby and walk or take a scooter to work. We don't really do the whole corporate school thing. It's more about the daily routine of drop-offs, lunch breaks, and picking up toys at the end of the day. Parents usually hang around the gate for a bit in the afternoon, catching up with each other while they wait. It’s a very normal, local scene. We just keep our heads down and do the work of looking after the kids and teaching them their basics. No fancy marketing here, just a regular school in a busy part of Pune.
