AKMO CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED

We are over at 38 Park in the A-607 unit. AKMO Consulting is a small operation here in Pune. We chose this spot because it's convenient and not too loud most of the time. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we sit and think through problems. We spend a lot of hours here at S.No.38/1. It’s a good community and we’ve gotten to know the people around the floor. We aren't some big firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us working hard to stay on top of things. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to do, other days we leave early if the work is finished. That’s the benefit of running your own thing. We don’t have any fancy posters on the walls about goals or anything. We just show up and do what we are supposed to. Being in Maharashtra means there's always something happening nearby, but inside our unit, it stays pretty calm. We mostly communicate through emails and phone calls. It’s a practical way to live. We’ve had some ups and downs like any other small business, but we keep moving. Usually, someone brings in snacks and we just chat while we work. It’s a relaxed atmosphere but we still take the tasks seriously. This is our home base and we’re happy with it. We have a small bookshelf in the corner that’s mostly filled with old manuals and personal things. It makes it feel less like a workplace.
