Over in Dhanakawadi, you’ll find the office for Ajay Kadam Associates. It’s a local place through and through. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the phone and trying to find where we put that one specific folder. The building is just a normal one on a regular street. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and chairs and the smell of old paper. We spend our time working through the tasks that come our way. Dhanakawadi is a busy area, so there’s always some noise from the outside coming in. We like it that way because it feels like we’re part of the neighborhood. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when a lot of things need to get done at once. We don't use any complicated systems, just what works for us. Ajay Kadam and the rest of the associates stay busy without making a big fuss about it. We’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know us by name. It’s just a small office doing what it can. There’s no polished marketing here, just people working at their desks and trying to keep everything organized. If you come by, you’ll see it’s a very straightforward setup. We just keep moving forward. The door sticks a little when it's raining, but we've learned to just pull harder.
