Airtel

We are located over at Bramha Estate, handling the Airtel stuff for the people around here. It’s a decent spot, and we spend most of our time just keeping things moving. People walk in with phones that aren't working or questions about why their internet is acting up. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or a big front office. It is mostly just a counter, some paperwork, and a computer. We’ve been in Bramha Estate for a while, so we recognize most of the residents and workers who pass by. Usually, it's just one or two of us here, making sure the recharges go through and the new connections get registered properly. It gets busy in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work and realizes they forgot to pay their bill. We try to be quick so nobody is standing around too long. There’s no big marketing talk here. We just know that when your phone doesn't work, it's a huge pain, and you want it fixed. We handle things like prepaid top-ups and helping people switch over to 4G or 5G if their device supports it. It is a very normal, everyday kind of shop. We focus on the task at hand and try to make sure each person leaves with their phone working better than when they walked in. That is basically what we do every day at Bramha Estate. We just keep things simple. Sometimes the power goes out, but we stay open.
