Aims Architects

Our office for Aims Architects is located in Shaniwar Peth. If you know this area, you know it’s one of the older, more traditional parts of the city. The streets can be narrow and it’s always full of life. Our workspace is tucked away here, fitting into the local surroundings without much fuss. It isn't a modern glass-and-steel studio. It’s more of a lived-in space that reflects the character of Shaniwar Peth itself. We have drawing boards, rolls of blueprints, and computers scattered around the desks. There’s usually a bit of a mess with various samples and sketches lying about, but that’s just how we work. We don't have a fancy reception area or a person dedicated to answering phones in a professional voice. One of us just picks it up when it rings. The building has that old-school charm, with thick walls and windows that let in the street sounds. We like being in this part of town because it feels connected to the history of the place. The pace here is unique—busy but not in the same way as a new business park. We spend our time working on designs and talking through ideas. It’s a humble setup, but it’s perfect for what we do. We don't need a polished corporate image; we just need our tools and this quiet corner in Shaniwar Peth to do our jobs. It’s a good place to be if you appreciate a bit of character and a lot of hard work.
