Agronome Private Limited

Our base is out in Ghadgewadi, which is part of the Phaltan area in the Satara district. We’re located at the property of Dattatray Sopanrao Bhosale. It’s a more rural setting than some of the big city offices, but for what we do at Agronome, it’s perfect. Being surrounded by the very things we work with every single day makes a difference. The air is a bit fresher here, even if the commute can be a bit long for some of us. A flashy sign or a glass front door isn't something we have. It’s more of a traditional setup where everyone knows everyone else in the village. Most of our time is spent out in the fields or chatting with local folks about their land and what they need. Paperwork is handled in a small room that serves as our main office. It can get a bit loud when the tractors go by outside, but that's just life here. We aren't into corporate jargon or making big promises we can't keep. Instead, we just look at the soil and the plants and try to figure things out based on what we see. It’s a practical, hands-on kind of business. Having lived in this district for a long time, we understand the challenges people face around here. Doing our part and keeping the business ticking over is what matters. It’s a quiet life, focused on the ground beneath our feet and the crops we’re trying to help grow.
