Agrivation Agtech is based in Pune, specifically at Survey No. 284/2D and 286/1B/3. We’re up on the 4th floor. The address is a bit of a mouthful because of the way the land is divided here. Pune is a big city for tech and agriculture, so we figured this was a good spot to be. Our office is pretty typical for a startup area—it's got some desks, a lot of cables, and usually a few coffee mugs sitting around. We focus on agtech, which sounds fancy, but mostly it's just us trying to use our computers to help solve farming problems. The traffic downstairs can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we often stay late just to avoid the commute. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters. We have some whiteboard drawings that haven't been erased in months and a few plants that probably need more water than they get. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby or expensive carpets. We just want to build things that work. Most of the team is young and we dress casually, so if you walk in, you might not even realize who’s in charge. We just like solving problems and being part of the Pune business scene. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how we work. We have a small corner for snacks where we mostly just have biscuits and instant noodles for the late nights.
