If you come down to Bhosari J Block, you will find us at MIDC 224. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular factory where we keep our machines busy most of the day. Agree Plastics Pvt Ltd has been part of this industrial area for a good while now. Usually, the morning starts with a lot of noise when we get the production lines moving. We make different kinds of plastic goods, mostly stuff people need for their own businesses or for storage. It isn’t always perfect, sometimes a machine breaks down or the raw material delivery is late, but we manage to sort it out eventually. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we are like a small neighborhood group working together. We don't have a big office with air conditioning everywhere; it’s mostly just the shop floor and a small desk for paperwork. People stop by to check on their orders or just to see what we are making this week. It gets hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going and stay on schedule as much as we can. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing our job and making sure the plastic parts come out right. If you are around the MIDC area, you probably know the building. It’s got that old factory look, but it works for what we need. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work at hand.
