Agarwal Store

Agarwal Store is right in the middle of the main market in Pandhari. We are on the Nira Baramati Road, which stays pretty active with all the traffic passing through District Pune. If you are looking for us, we are very close to the Pdcc Bank, so that’s usually how people find their way here. Being in the market means there is always noise from the street and people moving about. We keep the doors open early and stay until the sun goes down. Most of what we sell is just regular stuff for the house. We don't have any fancy displays or anything like that. It’s just rows of items that families around Pandhari need for their daily cooking or cleaning. Sometimes the stock takes up too much room and we have to stack things in the corners. It gets a bit crowded when more than three people are inside at once. My family has been doing this for a long time, so we know most of the farmers and locals who stop by after they finish their business at the bank. The weather out here can get quite hot in the summer, so we keep the fans going all day. It’s not a complicated business, just a lot of lifting boxes and keeping track of what’s running low. We just want to make sure when a customer asks for something, we actually have it somewhere on the shelf.
