Agarise Llp is located at 1336 Kasba Peth in Pune. If you know Pune, you know Kasba Peth is one of the oldest parts of the city. It’s got narrow lanes and a lot of character. We like being here because it feels like the heart of the town. Our office is just a simple space in an older building. We don’t have any flashy signs or glass partitions. It’s just a room where we get our work done. We are a small partnership, mostly focusing on things related to agriculture and growth. But we don't go around shouting about it. We just do the work. Most days involve looking at plans or talking to folks about their land and what they want to do with it. It’s a lot of practical stuff, nothing too fancy. The traffic around here can be a bit much during peak hours, so we usually get in early. We’ve grown to like the rhythm of the neighborhood. The local tea shop is right around the corner, which helps. We don’t use a lot of corporate talk. We just speak plainly and try to understand what needs to be done. It’s a small team, so you always know who you’re talking to. We’ve been here for a bit now and we plan on staying. It’s a good spot for a business like ours that appreciates the old way of doing things without needing much fuss.
