Affirm Services Placements

We are based over in Wadgoansheri, specifically at B 4 in Ujjval Garden. It’s part of the Sainik Wadi area. If you know Pune, you know it’s growing fast. Affirm Services Placements is basically us helping people find jobs and helping companies find workers. It sounds simple, but it takes up all our time. We spend hours looking at resumes and calling people back. The office isn't too hard to find if you look for Survey No 22 10. We have a few computers and a lot of phone lines. Sometimes the rain makes the commute to Ujjval Garden a bit slow, but we are usually here by nine. It's not a corporate headquarters with glass walls. It’s more like a home office that grew too big. We talk to people from all over who are looking for a fresh start. We don't make big promises about being the number one agency. We just try to match the right person to the right desk. It’s a lot of back and forth, really. Most of the staff here live nearby, so we feel like part of the neighborhood. We drink a lot of tea while we sort through the applications. It's honest work and it keeps us on our toes every single day. We just want to help people get to work without making it too complicated or filling their heads with nonsense about the future.
