About Advocate & Notary Govt Of India – Legal Consultants in Pune
Running this advocate and notary office at Shop No 12 in Ghorpade Peth keeps us on our toes. We are located in the Nautilus building at Khadakmal Ali, right by Rashtrabhushan Chowk. It is a small space, mostly filled with tall stacks of folders and the smell of old paper and ink stamps. People come in all day long needing things signed or stamped for the government. Usually, they are in a hurry, so we spend a lot of time just keeping the line moving. The chowk outside is always loud with scooters and people shouting, but inside we just focus on the documents. It is a bit of a cramped shop, but it serves the purpose for everyone in the Peth. Being a Govt of India notary means we see all sorts of people, from students needing affidavits to older folks with property papers. Sometimes the ink pad runs dry at the worst moment or the electricity goes out, and we just have to wait it out. We don't have a fancy waiting room with air conditioning, just a few plastic chairs for people to sit while we finish the paperwork. It is a very straightforward business. My desk is covered in stamps and pens, and I know exactly where everything is even if it looks like a mess to someone else. We just do the job and hand back the papers.
