Adventity Research

We are located in Pune, specifically at Aundh. Our office is C O Parag Bandkar at Flat No C 203 in Hari Om Puram. It’s on the Old D P Road. Working out of a flat is quite common in this part of Aundh. It makes Adventity Research feel more like a home than a cold office building. The area is quite nice with a lot of trees and some good spots to walk during a break. We do research work, which requires a lot of concentration and quiet. Being in a residential complex like Hari Om Puram helps with that. We don't have big signs out front or a reception desk with someone in a suit. You just come up to the second floor and knock. The team is small, and we mostly focus on gathering data and writing up what we find. Sometimes we work late, and the only sound is the fans humming. Pune weather is usually decent, so we often keep the windows open. We’ve been at this Aundh address for a bit now, and the neighbors are used to us coming and going. We don't do much in terms of self-promotion. Most of our day is spent looking at spreadsheets or reading through documents. It’s a straightforward life here on Old D P Road. We just try to get the research right and make sure we don't miss any deadlines. It’s a steady pace that works for us.
