We decided to run things from here because it’s a bit more personal than a cold office building. We deal with a lot of different consultancy tasks, mostly helping people get their tech or business systems in order. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s necessary, and we enjoy the challenge of it. Sometimes the weather in Pune gets a bit wild, and we’re glad to be tucked away in our office space getting things done. We aren't the type of people to wear suits every day unless there’s a really big reason for it. We prefer to just sit down, have a cup of tea, and look at what needs to be fixed. Our team is small, so you usually end up talking to the same person every time you call. We think that’s better than being passed around a big call center. We’ve been at this for a while and have seen a lot of changes in the industry. We just keep our heads down and try to provide what people ask for. No big promises or fancy talk, just steady work from our little corner in Kharadi. It works for us, and it seems to work for the folks we help out too. That's really all there is to it.
