You can find us over in Kothrud at Survey No 27 1A. We are situated on the ground floor of Yogeshree Apartment in the Erandwane area. It’s a nice enough spot because being on the ground floor means we don’t have to climb any stairs with heavy bags or equipment. Erandwane is a pretty well-known part of town, so people usually know where we are once we give them the landmark. The apartment building is older, but it’s sturdy and keeps the sun out fairly well during those really hot summer days. We have a small setup here with just enough room for the few of us who work here every day. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy with our daily tasks to really worry about that right now. Most mornings start with unlocking the main shutter and letting some air in. Kothrud has changed a lot over the years with more shops and cars everywhere, but our little corner feels somewhat stable. We know the security guards and the folks living in the upper floors. Sometimes kids play out in the common area and it can get a bit noisy, but we don't mind much. It feels like a real neighborhood rather than just a business district. We just keep our heads down, do what needs doing, and try to make sure we don't misplace our keys.
