We are based in Bhosari. If you know the area, you know it’s mostly factories and workshops. Aditya Agro Industries is tucked away here among the other industrial sheds. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite a while. It’s noisy and dusty most days, but that’s just how Bhosari is. We focus on agro-related industrial work. Sometimes that means processing, other times it’s about the equipment. The floor is usually covered in some kind of material or spare parts. We don’t have a polished front office. There’s a small cabin where we keep the computer and the tea kettle. Most of the time, we are out on the floor making sure the machines are running like they should. It’s a practical environment. We don't use big words or have fancy meetings. If there's a problem, we just grab a wrench and fix it. The people working here have been with us for a long time. We know each other’s families and habits. It’s a tight-knit group. The traffic in Bhosari can be a nightmare in the evening, so we usually try to wrap up early if we can. We just do our work, look after the machinery, and try to keep things moving. It’s simple, honest work that we’ve been doing for years. We aren't looking to change much. We just want to keep the machines humming and the orders going out on time.
