Our office is at 40/1 in the Shree Ram Housing Society. It’s over in Namdev Nagar, which is part of the Vadgaonsheri area here in Pune. The pin code is 411014. It’s a bit of a quiet residential pocket, which we actually quite like for our work. It’s not like those big, noisy office blocks you find in the city center. We’ve been operating from this society for a while now. We handle the recruitment and human resources side of things for Adecco India Ltd. It’s a straightforward job. We sit at our desks, go through applications, and talk to people all day long. We don't have a big fancy sign or a polished front desk with a receptionist. It’s just us in a practical workspace. Sometimes the neighbors walk by and say hello or ask what we do. We like being part of the Vadgaonsheri community. It feels more human and grounded that way. We don't use corporate talk or make big, empty promises. We just try to get people into jobs and keep the paperwork straight for the companies we work with. The office is a bit small, but it’s enough for what we need to get done. We make our own coffee and keep the place as tidy as we can manage. It’s just a normal day-to-day life for us here in Pune. We don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We’re just here doing our bit every day.
