Our place is located in Akurdi, right near the Bhaji Mandai in Viveknagar. If you know the area, it’s where Tapkir S.S. is situated. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when the market is in full swing and everyone is out buying vegetables. We are Accurate Engineerimg Co. Ltd.Pune, and our setup here is more about the practical side of things than sitting in a polished boardroom with slides. We deal with various mechanical parts and technical drawings every single day. The workshop can get pretty loud with the sounds of machines and tools running, but that’s just part of the job we do. Most of us have been working in engineering for years, so we know our way around a blueprint and a lathe. It’s not a very quiet office, but it’s a productive one where we get things done. We spend a lot of time checking measurements and making sure everything is built the way it’s supposed to be on the sheet. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a specific component for a client who needs it urgently. The local food stalls around the mandai are great for a quick lunch when we have the time. We don't really bother with fancy marketing or big presentations for people. We just focus on the engineering work and making sure the parts we produce are accurate enough to do the job. It’s hard work, and we usually go home tired, but that’s how it goes in this line of work.
