Accenture Management Consulting

Our office is located at C 902 in the Daffodils building within Magarpatta City, Hadapsar, Pune. Being inside Magarpatta City means we are part of a huge township, but our specific spot in Daffodils feels a bit more like a community. We are Accenture Management Consulting, and this is where our local team gathers to get through the week. The office is on one of the higher floors, so we can see a bit of the surrounding area when we take a break. It’s a functional space with desks and a couple of small meeting areas for brainstorming. We don’t have any of those fancy tech office perks like bean bags or pool tables. We just have our workstations and a place to make tea. Most of our day is spent helping companies figure out their problems. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of analyzing numbers. The environment is pretty relaxed, and we don’t wear suits unless there’s a big meeting on the schedule. Usually, it’s just jeans and shirts. Since we are in Hadapsar, there are plenty of places nearby to grab a quick bite for lunch. We’ve been here for a bit and it feels like a second home now. We don't do much in the way of self-promotion. We just let the work we do speak for itself. It’s a group of regular people doing their jobs.
