Accenture Management Consulting has an office here at 12 Trilok Parshwanath Society in Pune. It’s a bit of a different setup because it’s in a society, not a big glass tower like you see in some other places. Pune is a nice city, and this area is relatively calm compared to the center. We spend our days working with clients, mostly over the phone or email, though sometimes people drop by. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a couple of meeting rooms and some open desk space. It feels like a small team even though we are part of a bigger name. We handle a lot of the consulting work from this location. Most of the people here have been doing this for a long time. We aren’t really into the corporate flashiness. We just sit down, look at the data, and try to help the businesses that hire us. The society is quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, but usually, we’re out by six. There’s a small kitchen area where we make coffee or warm up our lunches. It’s an honest day's work.
