We are tucked away at 1368 Gadre Chembur in Sadashiv Peth. If you know the area, you know how the lanes can be a bit narrow and confusing for someone who isn't from around here. Ac Tech Computer Services is a small operation. We have a few workbenches squeezed into the room, each one covered with screwdrivers, thermal paste, and half-disassembled laptops. The walls are lined with old motherboards and cables that we might need for spare parts someday. It’s a bit cramped, but it works for us. We take a look, give them a rough idea of what’s wrong, and get to work. There’s no corporate talk here; we just explain things like we’re talking to a neighbor. The light comes in through a small window that faces the street, and we can hear the local vendors calling out their wares during the day. Sometimes we stay late into the night when a repair is particularly tricky, and the peth gets quiet then.
