Abhitrans Engineers & Contractors is based in the B 2 Building, F 10 in Kothrud. Kothrud is a busy part of town, and our office is right in the thick of it. It’s not a large place, just enough room for our desks, some filing cabinets, and a big table for looking at site plans. We do a lot of contracting work, so we aren't always in the office. Half the time, the chairs are empty because everyone is out at a construction site. When we are here, it’s usually to finish up quotes or talk to clients about their projects. It’s a bit cluttered with samples of materials and old hard hats. We don't care about having a perfect, polished office because that’s not the kind of work we do. We’re builders and engineers. We deal with concrete, steel, and deadlines. It can be a bit chaotic when three projects are finishing at the same time, but we’ve learned how to handle the pressure over the years. We’ve been in Kothrud for a while and we like being here. It’s a solid neighborhood with everything we need close by. We don't spend much on advertising. Most of our work comes from people who saw what we did on another job. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things on track. That’s just the way things go for us and we're happy with that.
