Our office is situated on Bhandarkar Road, at the C 1 2 location. Anyone who knows Pune knows that Bhandarkar Road is one of the busiest and most well-known streets in the city. There are trees lining the road, but the traffic can be quite something during peak hours. Finding a parking spot near our building is usually the hardest part of the morning. Once you get inside, it is much quieter. We have a small team here working on various files and documents. The building itself is an older style, which gives it a bit of character that the new glass towers do not have. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away at our computers. In the afternoons, someone usually goes out to get tea for everyone from the shop at the corner. It is a good place to work because everything we need is within walking distance. We do not have a fancy reception area with a dedicated person sitting there. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and helps whoever walks in. It is a very relaxed atmosphere in that sense. We have been at this address for a good number of years and have become part of the local scenery. It is just a regular office doing professional work without any unnecessary fuss. We like the convenience of being centrally located and the rhythm of the street outside.
