It might be a bit confusing because our name mentions Pune, but we are actually working out of Nagpur these days. You can find us at Plot No 7 in the Ashish Vitthal Wadi area of Dattawadi. It’s a quiet enough spot, though the Nagpur heat can really get to you during the summer months. Our office is pretty straightforward—no glass elevators or marble floors here. We have a few desks, some sturdy chairs, and a lot of cabinets filled with project files. We do consulting work, which basically means we spend our time giving advice and checking over plans to make sure they are solid. We aren't the type to use big words just to sound important. We just tell you what we think based on what we've seen over the years. Some of us have been doing this for a long time, and we've seen all sorts of mistakes people make. Our goal is just to help avoid those common pitfalls. The office routine is pretty standard; we show up, drink some tea, and dive into whatever paperwork is waiting for us. Sometimes we have to travel out to sites, which is always an adventure in the local traffic. It's a small operation, and we like it that way because it means we can actually keep track of what’s going on without needing ten different managers. It’s just us doing what we know how to do and getting home.
