We started Aastromatri Dot Com here at Akurdi Sai Ganesh Kunj 29 because we saw how many folks in the neighborhood were looking for a bit of help with family stuff and finding the right matches. It's just a small setup, nothing fancy. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and going through the profiles or looking at charts. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we get through it. People come by the office often just to chat or ask if we've found anyone new for their kids. It’s a lot of work keeping everything organized. We aren't trying to be some giant tech company. We just like sitting here and helping where we can. Most of the time it’s about listening to what families want. My cousin helps out with the computer side of things because I'm not always great with the latest updates. The office is easy to find if you know the area. We have been here for a while now and most neighbors know where we are. It’s a bit noisy when the traffic picks up outside, but inside it stays pretty calm. We don't have any big slogans or anything. We just keep the files updated and answer the phone when it rings. If someone finds a good match, that's usually the best part of the week for us. We just try to stay busy and do the job right without making a fuss about it.
