Aahaartri Placements

Our office for Aahaartri Placements is in a bit of a different spot than your usual city office. We are located at Bunglow No B 12 T 4 in Nagpal Dream Valley, right on Old Khandala Road in Lonavla. Being in the Taluka Maval area of Pune district means the surroundings are quite nice, especially when it rains. We use this bungalow as our base for helping people find jobs and helping companies find staff. It’s a quiet place, which is good because we spend a lot of time talking to candidates on the phone and going through resumes. Since we are in Lonavla, it doesn’t feel as frantic as an office in the middle of Mumbai or Pune. We have a few desks set up in the main room and some filing cabinets where we keep track of everyone’s details. People looking for work sometimes travel up here to meet us, though a lot of our business happens through calls and messages these days. It’s a practical setup that works for us. We don't have a big corporate sign, just the bungalow number. Sometimes the monkeys around here make a bit of a noise on the roof, but that’s just part of being in this location. We focus on getting people into the right roles without making it more complicated than it needs to be. It’s a steady job and we like the pace of life in this part of the country.
