A U Associates

Our office is on the ground floor of the Nimbalkar Building. We are located at Chopekar Chowk in Chinchwad, right near the Krantiveer Chapekar Smarak. It is a very recognizable spot in the neighborhood. We have been here for quite some time now, and we have seen Chinchwad grow and change quite a lot. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and a couple of chairs for clients to sit. We do not go in for fancy decorations or expensive rugs. We spend our time looking at properties and talking to owners in the area. Most of the work involves keeping track of what is for sale or rent around the chowk and the surrounding streets. We have gotten to know a lot of the families around here over the years. People often come to us because they saw our sign or their cousin told them about us. We try to be practical about everything. If a house has issues with the roof or the plumbing, we will tell you. It is better to be honest than to have someone unhappy later on. The traffic at Chopekar Chowk can be quite something during peak hours, but it keeps us connected to the pulse of the town. We are usually here all day, except for when we are out on site visits. If the shutter is half down, we are just getting a snack nearby.
