A. R & Associates operates out of the Kothrud area in Pune. Our space is located in Jijai Plaza, specifically at Flat No 21. It’s right near Rohan Garden, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We share the space with Mr. Daniel Methre. It feels more like a home office than a big corporate building, which is fine for the kind of work we do. Pune is growing fast, but this part of Kothrud still feels okay to us. We spend most of our mornings going through emails and checking files on the computer. It gets quiet in the afternoons. Sometimes the traffic outside is a bit much, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of typing. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us making sure everything gets done. There isn't any flashy signage outside on the street. If you’re coming from the main road, just look for the plaza near the garden. We’ve been here a bit and have gotten used to the rhythm of the building. It’s a practical setup for us. No need for anything bigger right now. We just focus on the people who come in and try to stay on top of the schedule. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy enough throughout the week. Sometimes we grab a quick lunch nearby and then get right back to the desk. It’s just how we operate day to day.
