A P Ranade

We are based out of Akurdi, specifically in Nancy Colony at Br 1 309. It’s a pretty established part of the neighborhood, and most people around here know the way. A P Ranade has been around here for a good bit now. It isn't a massive corporate setup with a lot of staff in suits and fancy ties. It’s more of a personal operation where we know everyone by their first name. We spend most of our time dealing with the locals and the usual tasks that come through the door each day. The office is tucked away in the colony, so it’s a bit quieter than the main road, which is nice when you need to focus on something important. Sometimes the weather gets a bit heavy or the rain starts pouring down, and we just keep the doors shut and keep working. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. It’s just us. People know where we are if they need help with anything. Usually, it’s just a phone call or someone knocking on the door to ask a question. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of this place over the years. The building isn't the newest on the block, but it’s sturdy and serves us well enough for what we do. We like staying local because we know the people here and how things work in Akurdi. It makes the work feel a bit more connected to the community. No big fuss, just A P Ranade doing what we always do from our little spot.
