A+ MANUFACTURING SOLUTIONS

We are over at Unit No. 19 in Midc, Bhosari. If you know this part of Pune, you know it is always busy with trucks and the sound of machines running. A+ MANUFACTURING SOLUTIONS has been tucked away in T-106/2 for a good while now. The workshop floor gets pretty dusty by noon, but that is just how things go when you are making parts all day. Most mornings start with checking the machines and making sure everything is aligned for the day's tasks. It is not a fancy place, just a simple unit where we get the work done. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually end up around four o'clock to talk about how the day is going. Being in Midc means you are surrounded by other people doing the same kind of hard work, so there is a bit of a community feel among the neighboring units. We have our own way of doing things, and we do not spend much time on fancy talk or meetings. The address is easy to find once you get into the main industrial belt. Sometimes the power fluctuates or the rain makes the road outside a bit messy, but the shop stays busy regardless. We keep our tools organized, more or less, and try to stay on top of the orders coming in. It is just a regular manufacturing setup where the focus is on the metal and the measurements rather than anything too shiny or complicated.
