Our place is located out in Loni Kalbhor, near the Hadapsar area. It’s a bit further out from the main city center, which means it’s slightly quieter, though the industrial vibe is definitely there. We work on various systems here, mostly spending our time tucked away in the office or the small storage area we have. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls; it’s more of a functional space where we can actually get stuff done without too many distractions. The commute for some of us can be a bit long, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We usually have a lot of equipment moving in and out, so the floors are a bit scuffed and there’s always a crate or two sitting near the entrance. It’s just a small team of us, and we all wear many hats. One minute someone is on a call, and the next they are helping move a box. We don’t have a formal dress code or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the tasks. Sometimes the weather out here gets really hot, and we just keep the fans going and keep working. It’s a grounded sort of place. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. We just provide what we do from this little corner of Hadapsar and call it a day, most of the time anyway.
