Vland Technologies Solutions Private Limited is based on the 4th floor of building number 110 on Villianur Main Road. Reddiarpalayam is a busy part of Puducherry, and our location reflects that. From our windows, we can see the constant flow of traffic on the main road below. The building itself is okay, though the elevator is a bit slow and makes a funny noise every time it reaches the third floor. We have a decent amount of space on the fourth floor for our team. It’s mostly open-plan with desks lined up next to each other. We don't have much in the way of decorations, just some old calendars and a few plants that someone brought in to brighten things up. The air conditioning is essential here because the afternoon sun hits our side of the building pretty hard. We have a small pantry where we keep the snacks and the coffee powder. Most of the staff are local, so we speak a mix of languages during our breaks. It’s not a fancy corporate environment by any means. There are cables running along the floor and stacks of papers on some of the desks that haven't been touched in weeks. We just focus on the tech work we have to do. Reddiarpalayam has plenty of tea stalls and small eateries, so we never go hungry. It's a practical spot for a business like ours and it gets the job done.
