We are located right on the main road that goes from Pondy to Cuddalore. If you are driving past Kattukuppam, you will find us there at Manapet Post. It is not in the middle of the city, which is actually quite nice because it is a bit calmer out here compared to the center. We work on software and systems, mostly sitting at our desks and typing away for hours at a time. The building isn't anything too fancy to look at, just a solid place to get our work done. We have a small team here. Most of us have been around for a long time and we know how each other works. We do not really do the whole corporate culture thing with the fancy coffee machines and bean bags in the corner. We have desks, chairs, and our computers. That is about it for our setup. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that is just life in this part of Puducherry. We handle various projects, some big and some small. We don't talk much about things like innovation; we just focus on making sure the code works and the people we work for are getting what they asked for. It is honest work. We take our lunch breaks and sometimes walk down the road a bit. It is a practical environment. We just keep our heads down and do the coding.
