Started this IT shop in Pondicherry on Kamarajar Street a few years back. Most days it’s just us fixing laptops or helping people figure out why their internet isn't working right. The street gets pretty busy, especially in the mornings, but we’re usually inside the shop dealing with hardware. Sivagurunadhapuram is a decent area to be in. We don't do anything too fancy here, just basic tech stuff. If someone brings in a broken screen or needs software installed, that's our bread and butter. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with cables everywhere on the workbench. It’s not a big corporate office or anything like that. Just a small room with a few desks and some spare parts in the back. People from around the neighborhood stop by, sometimes just to ask a quick question about their phone or computer. We try to be helpful without making things complicated. Most of the time it’s just solving small problems that drive people crazy. We’ve been at 17/4/32 for a while now. It's not a flashy place, but it works for us. My hands are usually a bit dusty from cleaning out old CPU fans. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning till evening. Pondicherry weather can be tough on electronics, so we see a lot of humidity issues. We just take it one day at a time, fixing what comes through the door and making sure things are running again before the customer walks out.
