Twinative Technologies Private Limited is located at 35, 4th Cross in Venkata Nagar, Puducherry. The 605011 area is where we’ve set up our home base. It’s a decent sized office but it feels smaller when we have a lot of projects going at once. Venkata Nagar is a nice part of Pondicherry to work in. We’ve got the usual office stuff—desks, a few computers that have seen better days, and a lot of notebooks filled with scribbles. We don't go for the high-end office look because that’s not who we are. We’re more interested in just getting the work done. There are a few of us here who have been working together for a long time. We know how each other works, so we don't need a lot of formal processes. We just get on with it. Some days are pretty quiet and we just focus on coding or whatever else is on the plate. Other days are a bit louder when we’re trying to brainstorm. We appreciate the local shops nearby for tea and snacks. It keeps us going during the long afternoons. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just wanted a place in Venkata Nagar to do our work and keep things running smoothly. It’s just a normal workplace for us, doing what we do.
