Sunrise Computers

Sunrise Computers is tucked into a spot at No. 260/516 Anna Salai, right across from Guber Bazaar and near the Anna Bridal place. It is a very busy area of the city, and the street outside is always packed with cars and bikes. Inside the shop, it’s a different story with stacks of monitors and CPU towers taking up most of the floor space. I have been working here for a while, and the walls are covered with old posters and calendars that have been there for years. The address is a bit confusing for some people because of how the buildings are numbered on Anna Salai, especially with the I’ Ii section and Guber Bazaar being mentioned right there twice in the directions. But once they find the bazaar, they usually see my sign. The air conditioner works most of the time, but when it breaks, it gets very warm inside with all the electronics running. I spend my day checking hardware and installing software for people who live around here. There is a lot of competition on this road, but I just focus on the work sitting on my desk. Sometimes I have to go out to Guber Bazaar to grab a tea or a quick snack when the lunch hour is over. The shop isn't big, so I have to be careful not to trip over the cables running across the floor. It is a bit cramped, and the lighting could be better, but it is where I spend all my hours.
