Numeriic Team (Opc) Private Limited is based over at number 11 on Middle Street in Mannadipet. We are situated in Pondicherry, 605501. Middle Street is a pretty typical local road, and our office fits right in with the surroundings. We are a small operation, and the space reflects that. It’s not some polished corporate headquarters; it’s more like a workshop for digital work. We’ve got our computers set up and enough chairs for everyone to sit down. Most of the day is spent working through lists of things that need doing. We don't have any grand decorations or a big sign. It’s just us inside number 11, doing what we do best. Mannadipet is a bit out of the main city center, which gives it a different feel. It’s a bit more laid back here, and we like that pace. We don't spend money on things we don't need, so the office is very basic. We focus on the work itself rather than the image of the company. If you were to walk in, you’d just see a few people concentrated on their screens. There isn't much talk of "synergy" or any of that other stuff people like to say in business. We just talk about the tasks and how to finish them. It’s a very human way of working, with all the usual ups and downs of a small team in a local neighborhood.
