Our shop is right on 100 Feet Road in Saram, specifically at No.10, Ellaipillai Chavadi. It's a busy spot with lots of traffic passing by all day. We started this place because we knew a lot about systems and how to get things running. It’s usually just a couple of us here. The desks are covered in keyboards and manuals that we should probably organize better one of these days. We handle a lot of different things, from setting up networks for small offices to helping someone get their personal email working again. It gets pretty loud outside with the cars, but inside we just focus on the work. We've been in this building for some time now and most people in Saram know where to find us. We don’t spend much time on decorating or anything like that. The walls have a few old calendars on them and maybe some notes taped up. We mostly just drink tea and figure out tech problems. If a part isn't in stock, we tell you straight. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity; we just want to get the job done and go home. Sometimes people stop by just to ask a quick question while they're out running errands. That's fine by us. We keep our hours pretty regular, though sometimes we stay late if a project is giving us trouble. We just keep plugging away at the screens.
