We have been working out of 12 Balaji Nagar Main Road for a good while now. Reddiyarpalayam is a busy part of Pondicherry, and you can always hear the traffic hum from our front door. Most days, our workspace is just a sea of computer towers, loose screws, and tangled power cables. People from around the neighborhood come in with all sorts of tech problems, like laptops that won’t boot up or cracked phone screens. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we keep the old ceiling fans spinning as fast as they can while we poke around at motherboards. Our shop isn't fancy at all. There are stacks of old monitors in the corner and shelves full of spare parts we’ve collected over the years. We spend a lot of our time just blowing dust out of cooling fans and trying to figure out why someone’s internet stopped working. Sometimes the main road gets so packed that finding a place to park is a nightmare, but our regulars know where to squeeze in. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. It’s a lot of hands-on troubleshooting and sometimes just staring at a screen until the solution clicks. We see the same faces every week, mostly local people who just need their stuff fixed without a fuss. We open the shutters, check the list, and start working through the repairs one by one.
