Our place is located at 78/34 in Panchanthiruthi Village, which is part of the Manamathy area. It is a bit out of the main city, so it’s quieter out here than what you might expect. Ajinomoto India Pvt Ltd has been operating from this site for some time now. The building is functional and serves its purpose for what we need to do every day. We have a lot of space out here in the village, which helps with the logistics of moving things in and out. Most of the people working here are locals from the surrounding areas. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything fancy like that. It’s mostly just the work floor and some basic office rooms where we keep our records. The walk to the main road is a bit of a trek, but it’s fine. We spend our days making sure the production side of things stays on track. It gets pretty hot during the summer months, but we just get on with it. We don’t really spend time on fancy speeches or big meetings. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure the factory runs okay. It’s a very practical environment where the main goal is just to finish the day's work properly.
