Zilla Parishad Secondary School

This secondary school is located in Sulem Sarai, right in the heart of Allahabad. We have been at this spot for many years now, and families from around here send their kids to us. It is a place where the kids come to finish their secondary education. The building itself has seen better days and maybe needs a fresh coat of paint here and there, but it works for what we need it to do. We have several classrooms and a small office where we keep all the student records. Every morning, the whole area gets quite busy with students arriving from different directions. We try to keep things organized, though it can get a bit chaotic during the lunch breaks. We do not have any of those modern gadgets you see in the big city schools. We use blackboards and old wooden benches that have been here for a long time. It is a practical setup. The noise from the traffic on the street sometimes drifts into the rooms, but the kids are used to it by now. We spend our days going through the curriculum and making sure the older students are ready for their upcoming tests. It is a straightforward life here. We are not trying to be anything fancy. We just provide a place for education in Sulem Sarai. Sometimes we have meetings with parents under the trees in the yard when it is too hot to stay inside the building. Everyone knows everyone else here.
