The Institute

We are located over on Muir Road in the Katra area of Allahabad. If you know the city, you probably know Manmohan Park, and we are quite close to that. Katra is a busy place, always full of students and people moving around. Our building is just a regular structure on Muir Road. It’s not anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, we just have our rooms where we sit and work. It gets quite loud during the peak hours because of the traffic and the general buzz of Katra. We have been here for a good amount of time, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit. The park nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s usually just one of us sitting at the front desk. The rooms are filled with the usual stuff you’d expect in an institute. It can get a bit stuffy in the summer months, but we have the fans going all day. We just keep things simple and practical. There’s no need for anything extra. Most of our day is spent talking to people who walk in or handling the paperwork. It’s just a basic, honest local business in Allahabad. We like being in Katra because of the atmosphere, even if it’s a bit chaotic at times. That’s just how it is at The Institute.
