Shagun Beauty Parlour & Fancy Gift Center

This shop is a bit different because we do two things at once here in Ladiyari Bazar. We have the beauty parlour part for the ladies, and then we also have a fancy gift center where you can buy things for birthdays or weddings. We are located in Allahabad, near the State Bank ATM, which makes it a very convenient spot for people coming into the market. It gets very busy during the festival season when everyone is looking for gifts and also wanting to look their best for the celebrations. We have all sorts of things on the shelves, from colorful bangles to small toys and decorative items for the home. In the back or to the side, we have the space for the parlour work. It’s mostly threading, hair coloring, and basic facials. Ladiyari Bazar is a lively place, and we have been here long enough to know most of the people who walk past our door every day. We aren't a big fancy showroom, just a practical shop that serves the local community. The shop can get a bit cluttered with all the gift stock, but we try to keep the parlour area clean and private for the women. It is a family-run kind of thing, and we put in a lot of hours to make sure we have what people need, whether it is a gift or a haircut.
