Desire Salon

Our salon is tucked away in Preetam Nagar. We’re at number 23, and it’s a pretty quiet street most of the time compared to the main city center of Allahabad. We’ve been operating here for a bit now, just providing a local place for people to get their hair done or whatever else they need. It’s a neighborhood shop, so we see the same faces quite often. Sometimes it gets busy on weekends, especially when there’s a wedding or a festival coming up in the colony. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know the work well. The space is comfortable enough. We didn't want anything too shiny or corporate looking. It's just a regular room with mirrors and chairs where people can sit and relax for a bit while we work. Most of our clients live within walking distance, so it feels like a community spot. Allahabad has a lot of big shops, but we like being here in Preetam Nagar. It's more personal this way. We try to keep things organized, though some days are more chaotic than others when everyone shows up at once. We don't really have a fancy website or anything. We just open up in the morning and wait for the day to start. It’s a decent living and we enjoy talking to the people who stop by.
