At Sarvdev Agro Private Limited, we keep things pretty basic. Our base is in the village of Dadri, which you get to by going through Shivpur Hanta. Shivpyare Shahi is the one who keeps things running at the village level for us. It’s a quiet place, and 273412 is the postal code if you’re trying to find us on a map. We aren't a big city firm with hundreds of employees or expensive suits. We are just a few people who saw a need to organize our agricultural work a bit better than we were doing before. The village life suits us, even if the work is grueling and the hours are long. You spend all day worrying about the crops, the pests, and the rising price of fertilizer. Then you have to worry about how to actually get the produce to someone who will buy it for a decent price. It’s a lot of back and forth on dusty roads that aren't always in the best shape. We don’t have a website with flashy photos or any promotional videos. Our story is basically just the fact that we live here and work here every single day. Sometimes the rains are too much and the fields flood, and sometimes there’s no rain at all for months. We just deal with it as it comes. We’ve got a small office setup where Shivpyare handles the accounts and the paperwork for the government. It’s mostly just us sitting around talking about what needs to be planted next. We aren't trying to change the world.
