Our place is on the first floor of 20 B Hasimpur Road, which is right across from Kamla Nehru Hospital in George Town. It’s a convenient spot in Allahabad because everyone knows where the hospital is, so we never have to give long directions over the phone. We handle a lot of different education-related things here. The office is usually full of paperwork, folders, and people coming in to ask about different courses or exams. It’s not a shiny corporate office by any means. We’ve got some old chairs and a lot of files that have been around for years, but it works for what we do. The staff here are mostly local people who understand how hard it can be for students to find the right path. We spend our mornings checking registrations and our afternoons meeting with families. The traffic outside on Hasimpur Road can get pretty loud, but once you’re up here on the first floor, it’s a bit calmer. We just try to keep things honest and helpful. There isn't any secret formula to what we do; we just listen to what people need and see if we can help them get there. It’s steady work, and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the neighbors and local shopkeepers over time. We’re just part of the community here, trying to help out where we can.
