Being near the Bus Depot in Civil Lines means we are always surrounded by the sounds of the city. You hear the horns and the conductors shouting all day. It’s actually quite convenient for the students who come in from outside the main city. They just hop off the bus and walk over. Our coaching center is a straightforward setup. We have a few rooms that we’ve filled with benches. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they do the job for now. We don't spend much on decorations. Most of our focus is on making sure there’s enough chalk and that the notes are ready. It gets busy around the time the intercity buses arrive. You see people rushing in with their bags. We try to keep a cold water pot in the corner because the walk from the depot can be hot. It’s a bit of a hectic location, but we’ve grown to like the energy of it. We aren't some big corporate chain. It’s just a local coaching spot where we know most of the people by name. Sometimes we have to shout over the noise of a particularly loud bus engine, but we manage. It’s a real place for real study. Nothing more, nothing less. Just us near the depot, doing our thing every day and closing up when it gets dark.
