Started out in Allahabad, specifically over here in the Anandpuram Chakia area. The address is 129/40K/E1 if you are looking for the building. It’s a busy part of town and we spend most of our days working on different skill programs. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a group of people trying to help folks learn things that might get them a better job. The heat in Uttar Pradesh gets pretty bad in the summer, so the fans are always going. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but we manage. Most people find us through word of mouth or just seeing the sign while walking past. It isn’t always organized perfectly, we have stacks of papers and schedules that change, but the work gets done. If you come by, you’ll probably see a few of us sitting around a desk drinking tea and talking about the next training session. We don’t have a big marketing team. It’s just us here in the office.
