Our office is based in Naini, Allahabad. We are over at MIG-170 in the ADA Colony. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s a lot different than being in the middle of a big city business district. The office is basically a house that we’ve used for our work. It’s got a small gate and a bit of a yard. 211008 is our local area. We’ve been here for several years now. Inside, it’s just a few rooms where we’ve set up our workstations. It’s not very fancy, and it’s often a bit cluttered with papers and cables. We don't have a big budget for decorations, so the walls are mostly bare. We are just a small group of people working on innovative things. Sometimes we sit outside on the porch to have our tea when the weather is decent. Naini is across the bridge from the main part of Allahabad, so it feels like its own little world. We like the quiet here. We don't have any formal reception or corporate meetings. We just talk across the room to each other. It’s a very informal way to work, but it works for us. Most of the neighbors know what we do. We don't make a big deal out of it. We just keep our heads down and get through our daily tasks. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours. We plan to stay in the colony for a long time.
