Nadcab Technology

Nadcab Technology is based in the STPI Building at MNNIT in the Teliyarganj area of Allahabad. It’s a quiet enough spot within the campus, which is nice when you need to focus on coding. We aren't a big, flashy tech firm with bean bags and ping-pong tables. Our office is just a room with several desks, computers, and a lot of power cables running along the floor. We spend our days working on different software projects and trying to solve technical problems for our clients. Allahabad can be very hot, so we usually keep the blinds drawn to stay cool while we work. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we wear casual clothes and don't really bother with formal meetings. Most of our team members are former students from the area who decided to stay local. We don't do much in terms of advertising or promotion. People usually find us through the university network or by word of mouth. Sometimes we walk over to the local canteen to get some food and talk about things other than computers. It’s a steady life of building software and fixing bugs. We don’t have any grand mission statements on the walls, just a few calendars and some scribbled notes. It’s a practical place where we just try to do a good job with the skills we have. We’re happy to be part of the tech community here.
